Softball

Are you ready for some softball?

The 2010 CSAC Co-Ed Softball League is back at Brentwood Park starting in August!

 

Game times will be between 3-5 PM Sunday afternoons.  We’ll have six teams competing against each other this year for seven weeks.

 

Some highlights this year:

 

-The League is run through the CSAC, meaning the skill levels will be relatively equal.

-Each team will play 2 double-headers for a total of 9 games for 7 weeks.

-We will have a draft as well.

-We have molded bases and supply the softballs.

-We have secured umpires for all games.

-We’ll have a year end picnic.

-We’ll provide team uniforms, including uniforms that will have numbers on the back.

-We’ll be off for Labor Day and Brentwood Days.

-Teams will be limited to 8 men and 6 ladies with up to 6 men on the field at once.

 

Registration dues are $35 for current CSAC Members, $40 for non current CSAC Members.  For non-members wanting to sign up for the league and group, the dues are $60 (Membership is $25 per year).

Volleyball 

Volleyball Bash Tournament!

Announcing the 4th CSAC Co-Ed Volleyball Bash Tournament at the Elks Club (near Ladue and 270) on Saturday, July 10th, 2010 starting at 4 PM!

 

We’ll have eight teams competing against each other in for one night for a little friendly competition.

 

 Some highlights of the tournament.

 

-We were going to be at Elk's Club ( 12481 Ladue Rd ; 63141).  They have new courts with    white sand. 

-We will start playing at 4 PM in a regular season format.  The Playoff round will be at 7 PM. and the tournament will end around 10 PM.

-You are guaranteed to play four matches with eight games.

-Each team will play six players on the court with three ladies on the court at all times.  We play at a Recreational level.

-We’ll also have pizza, salad, and soda as well which will arrive about 5 PM.   Please note that all adult beverages will have to be purchased at the Elk’s Club (no outside alcohol please).

-We’ll have outside refs officiate the games.

-We’ll have trophies for the winners.   

 

All this for only $120 per six person team (or $20 per person). You can have up to eight players on your team at $20 additional cost per person.
